Why Hatch PLG Failed

So I have tried to make Hatch succeed so many times, but again and again it has failed Core reason has mostly been non focused effort / distractions.

Summary of efforts we have put in

Cycle 1 Simplfied interface Took demos for copilot.salesup.club ( the previous name of Hatch ) - cold emailing Part time SDR K did cold calling, initial selling done by me after 2 months offboarded to part time SDR Outcome: Closed EasyEcom and dozen clients over a period of 6 months

Cycle 2 Rebranding to Hatch Product Hunt Launch Full time cold calling + Linkedin Ads

Outcome: Closed some minor clients which again have now churned

Cycle 3 Ads for 1 month Outcome: No conversions

Core reason behind Hatch failing is distractions Maybe the offer is still expensive
