9. Contribute to open source via Varaha Labs

Firsts

1. International trip to vietnam ~21 days ( Ho chi minh / saigon, Hoi An, Da nang**, )
2. Visited Pondicherry
3. Visited Mumbai ( watched live theatre )
4. Watched a live comedy show ( 2 in Bengaluru and 1 in Mumbai )
5. Signed my first property purchase in Noida which ended up falling apart - I got to know the process though
6. Setup and ran google ads for SalesUP and Hatch

Things that went well

1. Automated SalesUP operations - this has now given us a great base for further expansion
2. Simplified and re wrote Hatch - finally
3. We were able to stabilize our revenue around 30 Lakhs
4. We now have a stable tech team at SalesUP
5. Ran a branding exercise across SalesUP
6. Reduced AWS costs
7. Generated good leads via google ads
8. Was able to show consistency in personal health related chores
9. Was able to close term and health insurance both

Failures

1. Revenue expansion to 50L - this was our target but we were not able to hit the same
2. Failed to run PLG for Hatch
3. Failed to launch/grow SEO Farm
4. Failed to write posts on linkedin
5. Failed to write a book on Sales for tech folks
6. Failed to form a open community for tech folks/experiments
7. Failed to maintain this blog
8. Failed to improve my public speaking skills

Randoms

1. I picked up chess from my cousins and have gotten kind of addicted to it - I am around ~400
2. Worked on relevel.me and and a bunch of fun personal projects - ended up questioning virtual vs real life
